1. Parties and nature of credits

Provider: IE Samsonov Ilya Vyacheslavovich, INN 540409535131, OGRNIP 318547600123212, IE Samsonov I.V., Russia, Novosibirsk Oblast, Krasnoobsk.

This English offer is for the world contour. Amounts you pay are converted into internal accounting units (credits). Credits are not funds in a bank account, not e-money, and cannot be cashed out. They may be used only to pay for generation in the Service.

Acceptance = successful payment of a pack, confirmed by the operator webhook, after you have been shown the 90-day validity rule (section 4).

2. Subject

Prepaid visualization packs for one-off jobs — not a subscription, no auto-renewal. A limited free grant after email verification is not an acceptance of this offer.

Confirmed email required. You confirm the Terms and Privacy Policy before paying.

3. Price, payment rails and debit

World: prepaid USD packs 10 / 20; custom whole dollars from 10 to 500 via Stripe Checkout («Vizix visualization pack»).

Russia contour (if you still use this English text): ledger in rubles; fixed packs 900 / 1800 ₽; custom whole rubles from 900 to 45000. T-Bank acquiring; T-Kassa receipt name «Пакет визуализаций Vizix». Choosing the “world” rail charges USD via Stripe and still credits the ruble face value. Job prices in ₽ use the Central Bank USD rate on the job day (usdRub); stored rubles are not recalculated when the rate moves.

We do not store card data.

Credits are debited when you start a generation, at the quote shown to you. A failed generation with no saved file is not charged (or the amount is returned to the balance).

4. Expiry (90 days)

Credits are valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date they are credited. This period is set because of the high cost of reserving cloud GPU compute capacity associated with an account and of keeping generation available. It is not an arbitrary forfeiture of a cash deposit (Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms).

After that, any unused remainder is cancelled with no refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

You are notified of and agree to this condition before you pay. The validity period is displayed in the Service before the payment button. Email reminders may be sent 14 and 3 days before expiry (if mail is configured).

Full frames in the cloud: limited period shown in the Service; a copy is also saved on your computer.

5. Refunds and EEA/UK 14-day withdrawal

5.1. Unused pack before the first debit: refund where mandatory consumer law requires it.

5.2. Spent balance and successful frames are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

5.3. Technical failure without a saved file: not charged / returned to the balance.

5.4. EEA/UK consumers. You generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU and UK equivalent). That right is lost where performance of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right. Starting a generation after purchase is such performance. Until the first debit, an unused pack may still be withdrawn under 5.1.

5.5. Credits cannot be cashed out except where mandatory law requires a refund.

6. Breach

If you breach acceptable use (including VPN to conceal Russian citizenship and register on the world contour), unused credits may be cancelled without refund — see the Terms.

7. Claims and law

Claims: legal@vizix.tech. Pre-trial: 10 business days (refunds) / 30 calendar days (other).

Governing law: the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Venue: courts of the Netherlands, except that an EEA/UK consumer may sue in their country of residence.
